Vacancies: Project Manager and Animator

Programme Manager Full Time (5 days per week) with a salary in the range £29,236 to £30,851

We are looking for a strategic individual to manage this exciting and innovative programme that is working to enhance community cohesion through a range of arts and horticulture / growing projects with communities and parishes in the rural areas of Warwick District and Rugby Borough. The programme runs until 2013.It will also seek to promote links between these communities and rural industries. The programme manager will need to be responsive to the diverse range of interests represented in rural communities, be responsible for supporting the Local Action Group (the partnership’s decision making body and steering group) in commissioning projects responding to community requests, and overseeing delivery of the Local Development Strategy that underpins the programme as well as ensuring compliance with the complex accounting and reporting requirements of the funders.

Animator Part time (3 days per week) with salary in the range £22,957 to £23,708 (pro rata).

You will be a dynamic individual able to engage with rural communities and organisations to help them to develop and deliver projects under the programme. The animator will need to be an enthusiastic person committed to assisting communities to develop and deliver original, inspiring projects that will leave a lasting legacy in the programme area.
