Community Orchards

We are a group including Action 21 from Leamington and the Warwickshire Wildlife Trust who are looking to set up a number of community orchards in Central Warwickshire. Community orchards are a great way to provide community space in a parish and can be used for all sorts of things apart from just fruit production. Picnics and BBQs spring to mind! We are looking to help village groups set up orchards. We already have experience of doing this so if you need help and resources please get in touch with us by leaving a comment below or through the programme team and let us know your ideas for your orchard so that we can incorporate it in our funding bid to the programme.

We have been invited to submit a full application to the LAG for installing community orchards in the area over the next two years so if you want to install an orchard in your village or parish please get in touch with us through the LEADER team and we can arrange to develop your ideas and include them in the business plan for the project.
