Submitted by Sez-U Community... on Mon, 26th Apr 2010Sez- U Community Theatre would like to create a new play working closely with two or three villages. We would like to document, interview and archive a cross section of local people and then use their views and stories to weave into a new play that can tour, fetes, galas and village halls. Have a look at our camouflage web site to see how we created a new play and documented this hidden history as an example of our work. artofdeception.org If any villages are interested in this type of project please get in touch and support this project idea.

Equipment for Community Venues
Submitted by LiveLocal on Thu, 4th Feb 2010Live & Local has already been approached by some community venue committees in Warwick and Rugby Districts with regard to helping with a bid for performance related equipment for their hall.
There may well be benefits to a combined bid from several organisations across the District, especially where the individual bids are for less than £5,000. In particular it may also enable an equipment pool for the sharing of some items.
